Who we are

Cryoskin Indonesia is operated by PT Cryo Sehat Cantik. Our studio is above Maja Healing, Jl. Umalas II No.74, 2nd Floor, Kerobokan, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia.

What this website collects

We collect personal details in one place only: the "Partner with us" form. When you send it, we receive your name, your business name and type, your country or city, your website or Instagram if you add it, your project stage and timing, the areas you are interested in, your message, and the email address or WhatsApp number you give us.

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project. The form is sent to our team by email. This website does not store it.

WhatsApp

Our booking buttons open WhatsApp with a message you can edit before sending. The website itself collects nothing when you tap them. Once you write to us, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp and we use what you share there to arrange your visit.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

This website does not use advertising cookies. The map on our Visit page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

Heat maps and visit recordings

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this website, so we can make our pages clearer and easier to use. Clarity records how you move through a page: where you click or tap, how far you scroll and which pages you open, along with your type of device and your approximate location. From this we see heat maps and replays of visits. If you arrive from one of our ads, the name of the ad is attached to your visit.

Anything you type into a form is hidden in the recordings. It is removed in your browser, before anything is sent to Microsoft. Clarity uses its own cookies to connect the pages of one visit, except for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where it sets no cookies. Microsoft processes this data and uses it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement at microsoft.com/privacy.

If you would rather not be recorded, turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser settings and Clarity will not load on this website. Blocking cookies in your browser also stops Clarity from connecting your visits.

Who we share details with

We do not sell personal details. We share them only with the services that run this website: our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
